How to get out of Survival Mode?

Say good bye to the victim mentality, first.

  • Get hold of your finance by using apps as RocketMoney.com - add all your Bank accounts, it’s safe and it will give you a report of all the subscriptions you don’t even know you are paying, show all your bank transaction and organize all your expenses, it’s even better then a personal assistant and it’s almost free!

  • Make sure to add weekly money into a savings account, so you always have emergency money or for when you become unemployed. By creating yourself a safety net, you will never worry for the bad times, since they are part of everyone’s life, it’s important to accept this fact, the duality of life, and be ready, by staying on top of your finances.

  • Set boundaries on work and live a softer life, set limits with a clear and kind justification.

  • Stop rushing by being more organized and planing and preparing your day, a day before.

  • Stop paying attention to things that are making you stressed.

  • Remove social media and mindless strolling from your day-today-life. Instead take the moment to pause and breathe and do nothing when you have a break and pay attention to your sense, to the sun, to the wind and to your heart beat.

  • Stop being friends with people that gossip or suck the life out of you. Choose to be alone and learn more about yourself.   • Have connections with people that truly get the REAL you, less is more, do not settle for bad friends, they will hurt your nervous system and keep you stuck.

  • Give yourself more time to do everything. Give yourself a few hours before you start working every single day, by waking up early and if you can take a cold shower, it helps with blood circulation and rejuvenates your skin, and reduces anxiety.

  • Stop writing a gigantic to due list and making your life so hard. Have more compassion for you.

  • Respect yourself enough, to not self-sabotage when good things come into your life, you deserve to be loved and happy.

  • Respect yourself enough to dress well and keep yourself well groomed, I promise, you will feel so much better when you do this for yourself. Have fun with colors if you like, tap into your creativity and self-expression and find a style that is authentic to you.

  • Push yourself to learn something new every now and then, stimulate your Intellect.

  • Make your life as easy and peaceful as possible, not over complicating, watch the sun rises and the sun sets, and the rain falls, it’s always the little things that brings us the most pleasure.

  • Finally, do thank God or the Universe on a daily bases for having a healthy life, it only gets better by actively doing the work (healthy habits), there is no other way around it.
